Disciplinary Powers of the Board
The board may revoke, suspend, or
annul a registration, or impose a civil penalty in an
amount not more than two thousand dollars for each violation,
upon satisfactory proof to the board that any person
has violated the provisions of the West Virginia State
Code Architects Act and Rules of the West Virginia Board
of Architects.
Disciplinary Proceedings
Charges against any person involving
any matter coming within the jurisdiction of the board
shall be in writing and shall be filed with the board.
Such charges, at the discretion of the board, shall
be heard within a reasonable time after being so filed.
